POSITION: Human Resources Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Human Resources Specialist will administer the internal personnel management. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures and making sure personnel follow them; answering personnel questions regarding the internal policies and procedures; organizing the employee training programs set by the management; preparing HR metric-related reports; recruiting activities, including evaluating applications, attending interviews, and preparing documents for hiring new employees; and managing the exit interview process with departing employees.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, psychology, or business administration, plus 12 months of experience in the job.

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Rate of Pay: $62,483.00 per year
